Cancellation without any charges until 6.00pm on day of arrival, for a non-arrival without cancellation the hotel quotes 90% of the room-price. We will hold your reservation until 6:00 p.m. on the day of your intended arrival. If you will be arriving any later than that, we will need a written confirmation as well as your credit card information in order to guarantee your reservation. The invoice amount is payable in full directly to the hotel upon arrival or as a prepayment of the full amount. Please note that we reserve the right to issue an interim invoice should your total charges amount more than EUR 250.00 during your stay with us. During CHIO and other special events special cancellation conditions are valid; details can be requested in the hotel. We would urge you to contact the hotel directly regarding any changes to the confirmed details, in particular any change which may arise concerning the number of rooms required or the arrival and/or departure date(s). This particularly applies if you need to cancel your reservation. In such a case the hotel proprietor may ask you to pay the accommodation charge. If you expect to arrive at the hotel later than 6 pm, make sure to let the proprietor know in advance as he is otherwise authorized to give the room reserved for you to someone else. The hotel proprietor may make the binding nature of this reservation subject to the due remittance of an advance payment. If so, he will request this payment from you within the next fourteen days.
