Cancellation free of charge until 48 hours before arrival. During fairs and big events special conditions are valid, details can be requested in the hotel. Please note the following points: With this confirmation of reservation we arranged a guest accommodation agreement between you and the hotel indicated. We would urge you to contact us and the hotel regarding any changes to the confirmed details, in particular any change which may arise concerning the number of rooms required or the arrival and/or departure date(s). This particularly applies if you need to cancel your reservation. In such a case the hotel proprietor may ask you to pay the accommodation charge. If you expect to arrive at the hotel later than 6 pm, make sure to let the proprietor know in advance as he is otherwise authorized to give the room reserved for you to someone else. (If you guarantee with your credit card, the room cannot be given to someone else.) The hotel proprietor may make the binding nature of this reservation subject to the due remittance of an advance payment. Please check all booking details immediately after receiving the booking confirmation. Later reclamations are excluded from of any liability claims.
