All 86 comfortably equipped rooms of our hotel have also PC and fax link. Combine business obligations and private pleasure in our Fitness center with swimming pool, sauna and solarium and the atmospheric hotel bar " VIS-A-VIS". The Duesseldorfer exhibition centre and the Duesseldorfer airport are by car only 20 minutes far away.


Cancellation Policy

Differing from the otherwise valid terms and conditions of Düsseldorf Marketing und Tourismus GmbH for accommodation services, the following cancellation terms apply to the City Class Hotel Savoy Düsseldorf - Haan: Please note: Reservation during the weekend (Friday-Sunday) must be guaranteed by a credit card and can be canceled 48 hours before arrival. Cancellation policy 2011 and 2012 :
14 days prior arrival is free of charge. In case of a later cancellation we charge 80 % of the total revenue. We reserve the right to send you a 100% deposit bill or charge your given credit card with the whole amount.
